Content: Thank you @bigbull and @AllCityBAYC for recommending we apply for the small grant to help cover gas fees to send these out! We have submitted and will let you guys know if works out! :saluting_face: :blue_heart:
Also thank you @DIM for reaching out! I see you have a couple time slots between 4 am and 7 am my time on Monday. I work everyday and may have to work late on Sunday so do’t know if I will wake up in time to make one of those slots however if I do wake up from working late I will pick one ASAP as soon as I wake up since I do not want to waste your time if I do not. If not all good I will try to make another one of your time slots during the week to get on getting these in ASAP for Nifty island as well. Thank you! :saluting_face: :blue_heart:

Content: Thanks @bigbull and @AllCityBAYC ! Yes 1000 % down to try both. These are great ideas. I guess next step Plan A. As @AllCityBAYC I try to contact Small Grants Program Committee? Who are they? if fail then Plan B. Try on ApeChain with grant like @bigbull said. if fail too then Plan C. I continue saving up at my second job so will be all good .
Also for fun legit was testing them in Decentraland tester this week can see so I still very excited for it and know it will be tons of fun! Thanks again guys!

Yes, they have been finished can see here ApeCoin Armory Club NFTs on Rarible: Buy, Sell and Trade they are available to holders anytime. However sadly since I only got paid $ 1 from the grant I can’t afford the gas fees to send them all out. I got a second job however and am saving up to one day send them out. Thank you for asking hopefully will have enough saved up and can send out soon!

- bigbull: Maybe could launch them on ApeChain? That would be very low gas fee, maybe a small grant could cover that? How much would the gas be on ETH mainnet?

And good to see you back in here Aaron!! They actually look pretty fun!!!
What would the costs be surrounding the deployment of these?? Sounds like it might be something that the GWG x UMA On-Chain Small Grants Program Committee could look at; particularly given you asked for virtually nothing in return on your AIP.
If this is something you might consider as a viable option, I would encourage you to take a look!

Even we have delayed our 10 , 000 Waifumon Gen- 2 NFT collection launch :rocket: since we too trying to launch via erc 721 -c and have wildly found like no one else has tried tested this yet. If this goes through let us know how we can be apart of this and how we can help. I agree with you. You are right “this is the answer.” Fingers crossed for bringing back the biggest utility of NFTs.

The reality the years a I been here Sword has beyond helpful on the entire process of not only my proposals but everyone else way before there was even paid positions in place. his on going passion for the ApeCoin DAO has really become a welcoming pillar to the community and def think he would be great in any position here since he has been doing the work even before obtaining the paid position. Mad respect and props to him.

Content: Yes thanks so much @ 0 xSword and @SeraStargirl . So instead we will do Plan A. We will change and redrawn those three logos it will not be the logos. That way we will not have any legal issues.
New Plan B. idea workin on now on too, to kill time until this goes for a vote is using ape hand prints and dog paw prints as the new center piece instead of skulls.
Gonna keep playing with this since it says this topic has 5 more days before goes for approval for vote anyway. Thanks so much as always you two for always helping avoid any issues for the fastest road to be put up for a vote.

Content: Thanks for all the feedback including the DMs. After some discussion and some great ideas we have also alternatives if we hit any bs legal hurdles.
Plans:
B. If can’t use logos since look too similar can be redrawn by hand by us.
C. Remove the logos.
D. Just do the ApeCoin and Golden ApeCoin shields since we can use them.
E. I have been to court three times already and won every-time so feel free to try to sue me for the $ 1 . I will be ready and will not let my record continue to go undefeated.

- 0xSword: Hey Aaron! On the topic of using BAYC logo or kennels or mutants, it’s generally best to use your own designs. Plus nobody wants to see legal troubles, and I think many want to a good job of not blurring those lines.
I love the $Ape & Golden shield designs. Those two are a great drop to release as is. You could simplify much of your final proposal submitted this time, and likely you could have great success.
Your proposal will move through process faster this year too!!
- SeraStargirl: I think the focus on just the apecoin logo is the best way to go. Gotta respect the IP of Yuga^^
