The implementation of this proposal would entail use of Foundation resources. Please include any and all estimated costs associated with the implementation of this proposal in your Overall Cost section. There are no costs to implement this proposal other than the cost of posting the notice of fair use guidelines as described in the AIP. 2 . As per the ApeCoin General Guidelines, “proposals will not be put up for vote if they involve illegal activity, hate speech, pornographic material, or are at odds with the mission or values of the APE Foundation.” By removing restrictions on merchant IP usage, businesses with practices that do not align with the aforementioned values could potentially violate these guidelines (i.e. a platform streaming pornographic material that accepts ApeCoin). What restrictions, if any, do you propose regarding businesses whose practices stand in opposition to these guidelines? This proposal does not involve illegal activity, hate speech, pornographic material." Nor is this Proposal “at odds with the mission or values of the APE Foundation.” There is nothing illegal about the ApeCoin DAO acknowledging that any business can accept ApeCoin. Are you saying that the DAO wants to regulate and police all activity of those who trade ApeCoin for goods and services? The DAO does not have any exposure regardless of the usage as the DAO is not endorsing the goods or services being delivered in exchange for ApeCoin. Allowing individuals or businesses to use the ApeCoin logo to indicate that they accept ApeCoin is not in any way “at odds with the mission or values of the APE Foundation.” That being said, we could amend this idea to provide the following two alternatives; A vote “FOR” this proposal would be a vote to allow the fair use of the ApeCoin logo for ANY business that accepts ApeCoin. A vote “AGAINST” such proposal would only allow the fair use of the ApeCoin logo where the APE Foundation has spent its resources to thoroughly vet the business and issued a license. 3 . Do you provide consent to apply updates to the relevant areas of your proposal based on your responses to the questions above? I consent to apply updates based upon my responses. 4 .   Content: Hi ApeCoin DAO Community, @ApechainProject has responded to our questions and has provided consent to share them in this forum for the community. 1 . With respect to the possibility of revenue return to the ApeCoin DAO, you responded in the previous interview round that “Yes, this is the plan all along. But we haven’t set it in stone yet.” If you do in fact intend to offer revenues back to the DAO, please provide a tentative plan for this process (including the % of gross revenue, return schedule, etc.). Or, alternatively, you may choose to omit this feature from your proposal entirely. As stated before, we do have a plan to support the ApeCoin DAO in our own way. The ApeTrade bot will have two sources of income: 1 . Fees of the transactions. 2 . Subscription fees for using the pro version, including the (more sophisticated) AI features. For the above mentioned revenue streams, our intentions is to give ApeCoin DAO the following percentages: 1 . 20 % of all the fees collected through trading 2 . 50 % of all the fees received from the subscriptions These fees will be used to buyback ApeCoin and the tokens will be burned. We believe it will create a deflationary model in the circulating supply as well relieving selling pressure. These fees that are given back to the ApeCoin Dao are lifetime long and thus has no expiration. 2 .
