Two Bored Ape NFTs - These NFTs will be allocated with specific usage rights to the Kasukabe and Shibuya city offices, as well as other relevant promotional departments. The estimated cost for securing these NFTs will be as current price.
Board Member Contributions - We anticipate the participation of five esteemed members from the ApeCoin community as board members, each contributing a support fee of $ 50 , 000 /-. The collective support fee is estimated to be $ 250 , 000 /-.

Asia Web 3 Alliance Japan has actively commenced its strategic initiatives to collaborate with renowned entities. By December 2023 , we will have established a significant presence in Japan, including various government sectors, to extend robust IP support. Furthermore, we are leveraging our partnerships in the NFT space to promote the growth of the Web 3 ecosystem. As part of our expansion plan, we will host our first board member meeting in February 2024 , convening 56 prominent individuals, including government delegates.
STEPS TO IMPLEMENT & TIMELINE:
Establish collaborations with local authorities in multiple Japanese prefectures by December 2023 .
Initiate the integration of ApeCoin within the Japanese IP content landscape by [When Grant Receive].
Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to advance ApeCoin’s presence in the Japanese blockchain ecosystem by [start after the grant approval].

1 . Expanding into New Markets: By December 2023 , we’re looking to partner up with local authorities in multiple Japanese regions. We’re aiming to connect Ape DAO with at least 8 different regions, each with its unique opportunities.
2 . Integrating with IP Content: We’re actively working on getting ApeCoin into Japan’s IP content scene. As soon as we secure the grant, this integration begins and opens up doors for similar moves across Asia.

Arranging High-Profile Meetings - The funds will be employed to organize meetings and events with high-profile individuals and government agencies. These interactions will facilitate collaboration, the exchange of insights, and initiatives that drive positive change within the ecosystem.

Content: Thank you so much for your reply. Asia Web 3 Alliance Japan is the first Japanese entity to support international Web 3 projects in Japan. Through this platform, our board members and members can directly engage with the Government Web 3 Promotions Department to promote NFTs and IP, which are among our key agendas.
We’ve already discussed the IP plans with over 12 city offices. Currently, we’re in the phase of nominating board members and finalizing our plans. We intend to take the initiative as soon as we receive confirmation from your side.
