We also will be given the opportunity to renew on a longer term basis after this initial six months is completed.

Audit Plans: We will use one wallet for these transactions that will be available for viewing on the blockchain. If we use any POS systems we will inform the DAO and give access to key information, with potential limitation for customer privacy

Leading up to the first event in July, our focus will shift to deploying the necessary technology and infrastructure. This includes working with First Friday to finalize the arrangement of physical spaces like tents and stages. Event Execution and Continuous Improvement (Starting July, Monthly)
From July onwards, on the First Friday of each month, we will execute our sponsorship plan, actively engaging with event attendees through workshops, presentations, and interactive experiences designed to educate and promote ApeCoin. Following each event, we’ll gather feedback and assess performance against our KPIs to continually refine our approach and offerings.
Long-Term Development and Adaptation (Year-Round)

It’s something our team has actively been thinking about as we aim to not only launch this initiative but also ensure its long-term success and impact. Understanding and measuring the success of our AIP in terms of increased ApeCoin adoption and community engagement are crucial to our strategy.
To address this, we’ve identified several key performance indicators (KPIs) that are straightforward to measure and will give us clear insights into the effectiveness of our initiatives. These include:
View Count on Educational Videos: Tracking the number of views will help us gauge interest and reach.
Workshop and Event Attendance: Measuring the number of participants in our workshops and events will indicate engagement levels and interest in blockchain and digital art education.
Promotional Goods Distributed: This will help us understand the physical reach of our promotional efforts.
Smart Tracking QR Codes: By integrating QR codes into our exhibitions and promotional materials, we can track interactions and interest in specific aspects of the AIP.
We acknowledge that some aspects of the AIP’s impact will be harder to quantify. A message from JRNY Crypto: Hey everyone, hope you like the gallery proposal. As you may or may not know, ApeCoin is one of my top picks in the Crypto space and I’m huge supporter of the entire Yuga ecosystem. I personally put a lot of thought into this AIP and have held off to do an AIP until now because I wanted it to be something that would make a big impact by not only giving ApeCoin new utility, but also raising awareness and building community around it.
