Content: We definitely need to slow down spending. If I was in complete control of the dao I would have a running tally of how much organic buy pressure we have of $ape monthly and make sure the spending pressure was only 20 % of what the buy pressure is.

While it would require dedicated metrics, it’s something that the Ape Foundation can do on their own, by staggering the funding disbursements based on those metrics. The downside of that is it would go against the premise of timely funding of proposals which have already passed. As I mentioned in the Ape Foundation Transparency Report - 2024 - Q1 there’s a lot more to the DAO financials and which need to be taken into account when determining how to curb spending.

Content: The most important thing that we can do at the dao is Fund the ApeChain and its legit builders properly.
Go take a look at other chains ecosystem funds and you will understand this is very reasonable.
A Builders fist approach is very important. Let’s get this going it’s now or never.

Content: That’s a great question! The crypto industry is built on token launches and evm chains are comprised of thousands of different erc- 20 tokens . While I focused on the memecoin aspect in my proposal I would like to note that ape express is built for anyone to deploy safe “fair launch” tokens. Meaning there is no private sale or presale. Market participants can do as they choose at their own discretion. We simply provide a platform and the toolset to enable them. The creator needs to abide by their local jurisdictions laws. From the ape express side we will have the necessary disclaimers and disclosures as well as our own legal counsel to make sure we are compliant.
