Specifically this quote
“The Special Council also has no authority to make any significant resource allocation decisions without going through an AIP. In fact, the Special Council arguably has no authority to steer direction or execute a strategy they believe is correct without first securing approval from the DAO itself.”
“The Special Council exists to make sure that nothing can get to a vote unless it is properly researched for risk to the Ape Foundation.”
Is this how you have understood the SC to be? Would you still want to be a part of SC, knowing it is more of a corporate governance/risk management/silent administrative role?
