Content: I hope you will check my proposal “To reveal what is hidden in the DAO management system”. It was under review for 7 months, my PMs were ignored and then they just withdrew my proposal with a very vague explanation.
Am I supposed to resend the proposal and wait another 7 or 8 months for an unclear response?
And this happens with many proposals!
AIP- 80 : To reveal what is hidden in the DAO management system Returned For Reconstruction

Another proposal was submited in July as well, and administrators moved it to voting after I made their ignore public.
This is how my converstions with administrators look like

AIP-175: Establish ApeComms

Be very careful with parasites from the ApeComms team. Their mission is to infiltrate the trust of this DAO, gain influence and then empty the DAO pockets.
An example of how they work.
@ 0 xSword from the ApeComms team worked hard to gain your trust and received a grant from the Foundation for his newsletter.
Then he used this newsletter to attack my proposal because it comeptes with the ApeComms proposal that they created after they saw support from the DAO for my proposal.
He also lied when I asked if he used The ApeCoin Foundation resources to get an advantage over my Discord proposal.
I also suspect the the ApeComms team made a deal behind the scenes with moderators to kill my proposal, because it was ignored by them for 4 months, and no one answered my questions. I managed to to push them to move the proposal forward only when made the problem public.
Before that I also thought that ApeComms here to help us, and I contacted 4 of them: @Halina.eth, @ 0 xSword, @Amplify, and @Lost. All of them ignored me! Now I understand why.
Maybe they can help you if you can be used by them, true.
But they’ll muddy you up and kill your endeavors if you stand in their way.

- furiousanger: I agree - this is far too much power and influence - we need oversight immediately tbh, checking and calling out and putting a stop to this bias and clickie kind of behaviours.
We want an open and honest, fair and inclusive system, not one that is dogged by bias articles and back door dealings. We are all better than this. This is such a disgrace, I see where it’s heading and makes me physically sick in my stomach.

AIP-113: Extending AIP-1 - the DAO Process
by wAPEd - No Role
Posted on: Sept. 8, 2022, 3:30 a.m.
Content: Simple example:
July 15 : I submitted an AIP Draft
July 20 : I received and answered all questions from moderators and they tagged the proposal as “Needs Administrative Review”
August 24 : After more than a month of waiting I received a few basic questions from the Special Council and answered them in one day
September 8 : Still waiting for any updates from the Special Council
This is completely not normal for an organisation that calls itself a DAO. Such situation is a clear marker of an overly centralized bureaucratic system. Everyone understands it, this is why less than 1 % of $APE holders are participating in voting. This is why the current $APE price is around $ 4 . 5 , and, if we do not change the situation, will continue to fall.
I have two suggestions on what to do:
Cut the Special Council at all, and repurpose the saved funds to The Cartan Group team, so that they would get more resources to help proposal authors to improve their submissions. This way we will boost proposal creation activity and will remove the unnecessary obstacle that kills the organisation.
or
To extend the Special Council term, but to obligate them to comply with the following rules:
The Special Council should report every week for the DAO on what was done
All The Special Council members should discuss proposals openly and using https://forum.apecoin.com/
Total time allocated to Administrative Reviews of proposals by the Special Council should be limited by 14 days
If The Special Council reject for some reason a proposal, they should work on and offer to an author an alternative version of a proposal that The Special Council will be able to accept
Every question to authors of proposals from administration or The Special Council should be accompanied by an explanation and motivation of why a question was asked
