Content: thanks @leyota. yes, you can absolutely delegate via delegate cash. I suggested Warm because of the Yuga connection and thought it made sense to deploy the tools that have been used in other yuga projects.

Warm Wallet Snapshot Integration?

Content: thanks @ 0 xSword for the info. I’d prefer not to maintain another vanity wallet to accomplish voting across multiple wallets. Believe in the principle of “eating our own dog food” I believe Yuga owns warm wallet with wenew labs purchase, so I think it would make sense to add functionality to allow wallet delegation. Unless I’m missing a limitation with snapshot system, wondering if there is a reason why we wouldn’t do this?

Content: I did a quick search, but has there been discussion about integrating Warm Wallet into snapshot voting? If I missed this conversation, can someone share a link?
If not, is this something that would be easy to implement? Personally, I think it would make it easier for us to vote that maintain multiple wallets and be able to select a single wallet to do all of your voting.

Content: strongly in support of this proposal. Also the reason I went with using the contract instead of a 3 rd party. Was there every communication why this was not supported in the first roll-out? Development risk? Timing to implement? Etc? The fact that these protocols shenanigans happen on a regular basis (especially on the ape ecosystem due to the value of the assets) are damaging to the long term value of the brand. In other words, there are jokes about how dumb apes are and there are already enough monetary risks in ecosystem that I believe this functionality is overdue and was promised by the company the DAO paid to implement. FYI, this tweet is in regards to adding the “CLAIM ALL” function. However it references a “roadmap” on the staking proposal. Can anyone point us to a reference or communication on this roadmap?

Content: thanks. not a big rush, but I found the last quarterly report helpful to see some analysis about the token, and I think it will be helpful to guide some of the DAO initiatives. Having this regularly shared I think is a good thing, especially as the DAO is paying for it to be conducted.

Messari Q4 State of Apecoin Report

Content: This was featured in Messari’s email newsletter today. A few interesting charts and data points around adoption. I thought the community would find this useful. The key insights are the following:
The ApeCoin DAO ecosystem experienced spikes in new users and token velocity before the launch of ApeCoin staking in mid-Q 4 .
These spikes quickly subsided, indicating that more product development is needed to create long-term demand for the APE token.
Governance forums remained diverse in input and outcome during Q 4 ’ 22 , giving a promising sign of real decentralization within the community.
Additionally, unique voters maintained an uptrend throughout Q 4 despite declining token prices.
The DAO Ecosystem Fund continued to fund third-party initiatives around IRL drops, security, and more. To catalyze more sustainable growth, the community will need to hit on bigger developments like Yuga Labs’ Otherside.
I know we are paying for this out of the DAO, so I would love to be able to access this report via the resources on a regular basis.
