This will allow current and former organization talent which has no provable data (i.e.: graphic designers, ops, legal, nontechnical researchers, etc.) and also those who have provable data (eg: github history) on their current or former collaboration status to be surfaced and become visible in the broader ecosystem, making any reference check process a simple onchain operation. This democratizes access to verifiable employeeship data as well as attribution of provenance of a talent pool introduced to an organization which might require proof, enhancing safety of reputation and due diligence systems. This will increase Impact Metrics and leverage existing and new tools to drive impact, enhancing the collective’s sequencer activity from non-DeFi applications for new wallets. Furthermore when applying to any job role at an organization, an attestation can also be made which may optionally include an identifier of a chosen partner which may be used by the hiring organization for reward payouts.
