  Content: From Optimism Chinsese Community, we voted in favour of the petition, but that doesn’t mean we support the proposal, we would like to initiate some communication agenda about Token House and the Foundation What I think is bad about this proposal is Decentralised governance is a long and arduous process, which is full of many explorations, and we don’t think that accelerated decentralisation will give a big boost to the Optimism collective at this point in time, on the contrary, a lot of the work that the Optimism Foundation and Op labs have done, in terms of superchain scaling, upgrading of Op stacks, etc., is something that we think is very good, and some of the rights of the The lower part of the Council and the Anti-Capture Committee have given Token House some decision-making power. What we don’t think is good at the moment is Optimism Foundation’s long-term roadmap for decentralisation is not clear, we think the foundation needs to have some sort of long-term roadmap, including the process of transferring the governance fund contract, and the application scenarios of OP tokens (at present, there are no other application scenarios except governance). Through this petition, we hope to suggest a cyclical dialogue where the Optimism Foundation can make some clearer governance roadmap based on community feedback.

What I want to know is how do I get GovNFT, I am participating in the Optimism GovNFT programme but I found out that I don’t have GovNFT, is GovNFT distributed automatically? How do you think they will vote differently on Round 6 compared to Badgeholders? Since most of the Guest Votes probably aren’t involved enough in the Optimism eco-governance, I think the Guest Votes may lack some professionalism compared to the Badgeholder, and they may vote for projects that seem straightforwardly exciting, have more obvious benefits, and are shorter term in nature, whereas the Badgeholder would be voting more on the Projects that focus on Optimism’s long-term ecological construction I’ve looked at the general process for electing guest votes Retro Funding 6 : Announcing Guest Voter participation Retro Funding ? Retroactive Public Goods Funding (Retro Funding) 6 was recently announced, and will award OP to contributions made to the Optimism Collective governance system. As part of Round 6 , a set of Guest Voters will be invited to participate alongside Citizens. Similar to the experiment in Round 5 , the goal is to learn more about different voter selection mechanisms as a way to create a foundation of knowledge that can be used when making decisions about Citizen selection in the future. Research Questi… Firstly, I think choosing Farcaster as a random sample of guests is a good case study, there are a lot of active Optimism and Superchain users on Farcaster! I think electing guest voters should be more about their past experience in governance, such as whether they have been involved in governance of other DAOs, how active they have been in governance, what governance improvements they have suggested, how many governance proposals they have prompted, and, we need to exclude potential guest voters who have initiated governance attacks, that’s my idea!

There are three categories that can be rewarded in Retro Funding 5 : Op stacks Ethereum Core Contributions,OP Stack Research & Development,OP Stack Tooling These projects include Op stack or Op stack-dependent infrastructure, contributions that directly contribute to Op stack upgrades or protocol upgrades, Op stack deployment or testing tools. I think projects like solidity, hardhat, etc. can apply in this round and deserve to be rewarded.
