The verification took a little longer than expected, and some people delegated from their wallet address instead of the GovNFT (even though all other participation was good), so I am giving them a final chance to delegate using their GovNFTs.   Content: Token House Call: October 22 nd, 2024 Recording: October 22 nd, Token House Call 1 Slides: October 22 nd, Token House Call 1 Voting Cycle Roundup # 29 : Cycle # 29 began on Thursday October 10 th at 19 : 00 GMT and runs until Wednesday October 30 th at 19 : 00 GMT. The Citizens’ House veto vote will take place via Snapshot from Thursday, October 31 th to Wednesday, November 6 th. Governor Update Proposal # 3 : Enable onchain treasury execution Season 6 : Standard Rollup Charter Ratification Updates to the Standard Rollup Charter Introduction of temporary control structures: the ability for a limited set of chains to be included as a signer on a 3 / 3 upgrade multisig for their chain, where the three of three multi-sig is the Security Council, the Optimism Foundation, and the Chain Governor. Moving history integrity checks to offchain tooling: to reduce operational overhead while ensuring Superchain inclusivity and security. Governor Update Proposal # 3 : Enable onchain treasury execution This update to the governance smart contract of the Token House will allow the execution of token transfer proposals onchain directly, without relying on the Foundation. Non-treasury token transfer proposals execution will continue to be conducted the by OP Foundation as before. Optimism Working Models for Decentralization The Foundation will publish governance roadmaps at the start of each Season. You can expect a Season 7 governance roadmap to be published alongside Season 7 Intents during the Reflection Period. Decentralization Milestone Working Model: Quick explanation – Loom | L 2 BEAT’s “stages of decentralization” framework Governance Decision Diagram Working Model: Quick explanation – Loom Decision Design Framework Cycle 28 Grants Final Roundup A total of 53 applications: 41 applications passed preliminary review, 32 passed final review and 8 applications approved with 2 pending. Cycle 28 GC’s database Season 6 Grants Council mission requests Deadline: November 5 th. List of mission requests that still have budget left Retro Funding 6 : Application Review results If your project has been rejected, you can hand in an appeal by Friday 23 : 00 UTC, Oct 25 th. Voting for Retro Funding 6 starts October 28 th and runs until November 7 th.
