  Content: It was almost 3 months ago when we made public our intention like Space 4 Build to organize an online conference where diverse people who are part of the ecosystem could express diverse points of view and experiences in an activity totally dedicated to the superchain. Ref: (New date 15 -June) Conference Optimism Connection by Space 4 Build Despite the obstacles we found along the way, we were able to connect with diverse voices and together make the Optimistic Connection a reality. Just a month ago, on June 29 , we had an online session where we connected online and on this occasion we want to share some of the metrics that were generated in the activity. Here is the summary in numbers: +Duration: 3 hours and 21 minutes. +Views: 130 . +Record of simultaneous views: 17 . +Topics covered: 7 . +Speakers who participated: 8 . +Likes received: 27 .   Content: Hello collective =) At Space 4 Build we are committed to the development of the SuperChain and its collective :red_circle:, which is why we want to inform you that in addition to the initiative of the Optimimsm Conection Virtual Conference we are also organizing an in-person hackathon in Lima, Peru. Context The Causathon is an activity that seeks to generate a wonderfull experience :dizzy: for all participants, this includes developers, volunteers, organizations and communities that are encouraged to participate and support this activity. ENGposter 1280 × 720 90 KB Challenges Challenges have been selected that we consider will allow us to attract the attention of large organizations to join the ecosystem as well as improve elements that allow the entire group to maintain themselves and continue building. The main ones are: Dao’s, Gaming, Marketing and innovation. retos 1280 × 720 135 KB On this occasion we would like to focus the solutions of the Dao’s challenge on the optimistic collective and for this we would like them to be able to freely express in the comments what aspects consider can be improved digitally in the collective. Below are some ideas of things that could be improved but as we already mentioned, please feel free to respectfully give your opinion and express your opinions and suggestions: +Governance and decision making: low voting, centralization of power and complexity for reviewing proposals. +Security and risk management: vulnerabilities in wallets and attacks on delegates. +Incentives and participation: Motivation of members to participate and incentives aligned to the benefit of the group. +Communication and transparency: Improvements in communication channels and transparency in decision making. +Financial sustainability: Fund management and mechanisms for additional financing resources for the SuperChain.   Content: Hello collective =) We have seen few interactions in a completely voluntary activity and that really makes us think about the need to integrate more as a collective. We maintain the same desire to move forward to carry out an activity for the benefit of all, in that sense we decided to make some adjustments to the activity: We will reassign the date of the activity to Saturday, June 15 . We will be contacting people and projects engaged with the SuperChain to directly invite them to participate in the conference. The participation forms will be kept open so that you can voluntarily request a slot and present the topic you want at the conference. On behalf of Space 4 Build we will continue to be optimistic and making efforts to contribute to a better collective. Please be free to respectfully comment on any suggestion.
