  Content: I would like to see more funding for the Arts. I am a blockchain artist and sometimes create solidity contracts that serve an artistic purpose but they are also innovative uses of the technology. For example I have a contract that creates generative art from code in the contract and mints two on-chain NFTs at once, sending one to the previous minter and the current minter. I also have a contract that generates prayers and prints them out on a physical device and puts them on-chain. Also maybe you could fund the publishing of blockchain books and more rounds of Digital Art.

  Content: Hi I am Bård Ionson an artist creating cryptoArt since 2018 . Is OP interested in funding artists and art for the public as a public good? I was wondering if OP would help fund and promote an art installation smart contract on chain art project I am building. Do I submit this as a proposal or is OP interested in this sort of thing at all? It is a custom contract I wrote with some innovative interactive features. It is able to generate on chain NFT art pieces that are SVG files written to the blockchain. It has an allow list of people who are allowed to create their own content if they pay dues. The creators of the content will get 95 % of the sales proceeds. The content is about 35 words. The person purchasing the NFT will select the number of times they want the words read aloud and pay a fee based on the number of times it will be read. They will receive an on-chain NFT image of the words. The words will be printed out on a strip of paper and then read by a computer out loud. I have documented more of the concept on my website https://collect.bardionson.com/soul-scroll-testing/ 1 It is a prayer machine. I cannot decide if I want to create it on OP Poly or Ethereum L 1 at the moment.

• Users who sold the initial OP airdrop should become ineligible for all future airdrops by bardionson - No Role

  Content: US tax law is not conducive to this. We have to pay taxes on these airdrops when we receive them. I really need to be able to sell off a portion of them to cover my taxes. I actually have to pay the government to participate in these communities so these tokens are not exactly free. I have held on to community tokens before and the price is high when they are airdropped. I cashed out ETH in order to pay the taxes and now the token is worth 10 % of what it was before. I wish the IRS treated these tokens as only taxable when sold so I could hold on to them. I prefer DAOs that use NFTs for governance because of this.
