I love the idea of getting the SupNERDs to be more involved/active in gov moderation, as well as creating area for them to flag potential violations. However, I don’t think an additional “council” is needed for this, and having to run an additional round of elections for them is not in line with the goal of governance minimisation. Additionally, it is well outside the scope of current councils to create another council.
Considering the SupNERDs will not vote, I’d strongly suggest opening up the opportunity to all supNERDs and super-supNERDs so they can all raise potentially COC violations, and also get an opportunity to learn from how the council handles conflict.

It sounds like they have changed their execution plan without consulting the Optimism DAO (or so much as posting an update on this governance forum, at least that I could find). However your post here will not be recorded unless you submit this evidence as a Grant Misuse Report 6 , so that it can be independently verified by the NumbaNERDs. While this report is for a grant that falls outside the liveness period (one year), having an official report for posterity will help the DAO make better decisions going forward.

[READY TO VOTE] AI Assistant for governance support Mission Request

Content: For read only keys (so long as it does not get out of hand, and by that I mean thousands of people asking) we can accomidate some keys.
That being said we are regularly hitting our API call limits, and may need to revoke keys if it begins to affect our Discourse server performance.
In terms of how to get a read only API key, dm me on telegram @op_vee with a link to your successful mission request where you required the key and I will appropriately label and generate a key for you.
