Special Voting Cycle # 12 b Roundup Special Voting Cycle # 12 b begins on Thursday (May 18 th) at 19 : 00 GMT and runs until Wednesday (May 31 st) at 19 : 00 GMT. For a non-grant proposal to proceed to a vote, four delegates, each with > 0 . 25 % of the current votable token supply, must give explicit approval on the discussion thread. Delegates may not approve their own proposals. Proposals that may only be initiated by the Foundation do not require delegate approvals and will automatically move to a vote. A snapshot of delegate voting weights will be taken at the start of the voting window. Voting will take place via the Optimism Governance Portal 22 . Special Voting Cycle #12b will run from May 18th to May 31st. For a non-grant proposal to proceed to a vote, four delegates, each with more than 0.25% of the current votable token supply, must give explicit approval. Delegates cannot approve their own proposals. Proposals initiated by the Foundation move to a vote automatically. Delegates' voting weights will be snapshot at the start. Voting takes place via the Optimism Governance Portal. Eligible proposals include Council Reviewer Elections, Growth Experiments, and Treasury Appropriations.
