Special Voting Cycle # 12 a Roundup Special Voting Cycle 12 begins on Thursday (April 27 th) at 19 : 00 GMT and runs until Wednesday (May 10 th) at 19 : 00 GMT. For a non-grant proposal to proceed to a vote, four delegates, each with > 0 . 25 % of the current votable token supply, must give explicit approval on the discussion thread. Delegates may not approve their own proposals. Proposals that may only be initiated by the Foundation do not require delegate approvals and will automatically move to a vote. A snapshot of delegate voting weights will be taken at the start of the voting window. Voting will take place via the Optimism Governance Portal 22 . The following proposals are eligible for voting in Special Voting Cycle # 12 a: Protocol Delegation Program Renewal 14 Intent Budget Proposals 16 (there will be 3 separate votes for the budget for Intent # 1 , # 3 , and # 4 ) Council Intent Budget Proposal
