Is it possible to spend an amount of x% of each Tx to generate a community wallet where you can vote for using this amount to special organisations etc which do good things for humanity, Children, animals,nature and so on.
For example Monthly Voting from community where to distribute this amount…
Would be the “marketing” use Optimism and make the world a bit more optimism…
