VIP topic with cohort 2 delegations starting to linearly decrease as of May 2024 until they cease to exist by August 2024
The Foundation shared delegate amplification plans regardless of what the DAO decides in the June 18 , 2024 community call. The delegate score from the previous delegate incentives campaign from Q 4 of 2023 will be re-enabled to aid delegators with delegating to active contributors to the DAO
DAO needs to decide how to take this forward in the context of the governance upgrade
